Matúš Kozáčik (born 27 December 1983) is a Slovak football goalkeeper.
In January 2007, Kozáčik was on trial at Leeds United but did not sign due to an injury.

In June 2010 he agreed on a long term contract with the major Cypriot side Anorthosis Famagusta.
Matúš played for Anorthosis for the First qualifying round against Banants. He was in the basic squad in both matches. He showed good skills especially in the match in Larnaca and he had two clean sheets.
